"The enlargement of the scale of LKMNO cathode materials manufacturing process and validation of the performance parameters of C/Li+/LKMNO cells in the test system"

The activities planned under this pre-implementation project are aimed at defining the key process parameters of the LKMNO material production technology and demonstrating the battery test system under operating conditions.

The activities carried out under the project include:

- synthesis of LKMNO spinel nanomaterial with optimal chemical composition by sol-gel method in a semi-technical scale

- systematic, complementary and interdisciplinary research of physicochemical properties

- optimization of the chemical composition of the electrode and the thickness of the electrochemically active material layer (LKMNO) on its surface

- preparation of a series of C/Li+/LKMNO cylindrical cells in the 18650 standard, which are assembled in cooperation with the AGH Center of Energy

- construction of a demonstration system and study of electrochemical properties.
